Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

 

We ship out all orders within One to Two Weeks from the order date. The shipping time, is based on the current demand for our quality holsters.  Quick Ship holsters ship in 1-3 business days.

We do not stock any holsters, every holster is custom manufactured to you order specifications.  

We ship all items with USPS Priority Mail, most shipments will arrive 2-3 days after the package is shipped.

We ship to the United States only, no exceptions. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. We are commited to meet our shipping deadlines, but do not have control over carriers performance, once they have taken possesion of your package.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

You may return items within two weeks of delivery date, and we will provide a return shipping label, if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Any product that has been modified from its original design or condition will not be accepted, i.e. (heating, triming, drilling). Upon receipt of returned product, an inspection will be conducted. If the product has been modified, a return of payment will not be processed. Postage necessary to return to customer, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
