Shipping & Returns
Shipping time, is based on the current demand for our quality holsters. Often we will have a surge of orders that will make the lead time increase dramatically. Your order will remain in a AWAITING FULFILLMENT STATUS until a shipping label has been created. At the time a shipping label is created, your holster has been quality checked, and is being prepared for shipment to your provided address.
Please have confidence that your products are being built to the highest standards in the industry. Every phase of our process is precision controlled and inspected. Our holster fabricating personnel are highly trained and experienced craftsman. Quality, innovation and customer satisfaction are our driving force.
We do not stock any holsters, every holster is custom manufactured to you order specifications.
Awaiting fulfillment order status, means we have received your order, and a build order has been created.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your holster is shipped, and the order status will be Shipped. A USPS Tracking link will also be included.
We ship all items with USPS Priority Mail.
We do not combine shipping, for two seperate orders. This is due to the order shipping calculation being performed at the time of the order, and the need to refund a portion of the additional order shipping expense. This requires a calculation of the two orders combined shipping expense, and a calculation of the two orders total calculation expense. It is often not known, if the two orders should be combined or shipped separately, along with different shipping addresses, to further complicate the details of our process.
We ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico only, NO APO or FPO addresses, NO exceptions.
You may return items within one week of delivery date, and we will provide a return shipping label, if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you have purchased a custom holster in error, example you purchased a PL-Mini 2 Holster, but instead have a BALDR Mini, a return will not be authorized, as the return is due to not reading the item description properly. The return is due to negligence. We go to great lengths to explain what is compatible, and what is not. Our website is designed to assist the customer in making sure they are purchasing the correct product. Please contact us prior to ordering if there is any ambiguity on your purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Any product that has been modified from its original design or condition will not be accepted, i.e. (heating, trimming, drilling). Upon receipt of returned product, an inspection will be conducted. If the product has been modified, a return of payment will not be processed. Postage necessary to return to customer, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
